1. Refunds for Audio Production Services
Refunds may be granted only when:
Work has not yet begun, or
A project is canceled before any deliverables are created
No refunds are issued for:
Completed production work
Delivered files
Custom compositions or sound design
Partially delivered stages that include creative labor
2. Refunds for Publishing & Licensing
Refunds are not available once:
Copyright registration is submitted
Licensing agreements are issued
Digital distribution has begun
3. Technical Issues
If you receive corrupted or inaccessible files, we will:
Re-deliver at no cost
Provide alternate formats
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, returning funds to the original payment method.
